Sales and Returns
All artwork are wrapped and packed securely and all fine art prints are shipped in hard back envelopes to prevent damage during transit to your home. I really want you to be happy with your new artwork, but if for any reason you aren’t, please contact me in the first instance at contact@donnaandronicosart.com to discuss your concerns.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me to organise a refund for your artwork and/or a replacement art print within 14 days of delivery.
If you have changed your mind about your artwork and/or print, you can return your purchase, undamaged, for a refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery.
Original artwork must be returned by tracked delivery in its original packaging or packed securely and it is your responsibility until the artwork has been received safely.
Unfortunately commissioned artworks can not be returned.
UK Sales and Collections
Fine art prints will be shipped within the UK by either signed and/or tracked delivery if selected at Checkout. All artworks will be sent via track and trace Parcelforce/Courier delivery. Once your artwork/print has been shipped, you will be notified via email with an approximate delivery date. If you would prefer a different method of shipping for either artworks and/or fine art prints, please contact me at contact@donnaandronicosart.com.
If you would like to collect your artwork/fine art print in person, you can do so my appointment only. Please contact me at contact@donnaandronicosart.com to organise your collection.
International Sales
Only shipping costs for UK based sales have been provided at this stage. For international sales, to ensure accurate costs are allocated to your purchase, please contact me at contact@donnaandronicosart.com to discuss your location and a cost for shipping can be provided.
Once agreed, all international sales with shipping costs will be invoiced, along with the cost of the selected artwork for payment before shipping. Some international sales may incur additional taxes and duties when your purchase arrives in your country. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser or the artwork and/or fine art print to pay for these once your artwork/fine art print has arrived in your chosen country for delivery. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to fine out more before dispatch.
Once your artwork/print has been shipped, you will be notified via email with an approximate delivery date.
Commissioned Artwork
Should you wish to commission a bespoke artwork for your home, following agreement on your final composition and costs, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required before work begins.
Once work is underway, if for some reason you decide to go in a different direction to the agreed composition, new costings will be required, and depending on the stage of work already completed, an additional 50% deposit may be required to initiate the new artwork.
Unfortunately commissioned artworks can not be returned.
Intellectual Property
All content included on Donna Andronicos Art’s website and associated social media platforms remains the property of Donna Andronicos. In these terms and conditions, ‘content’ refers to any text, images, graphics, blog content, audio or videos included on Donna Andronicos Art and/or associated social media platforms.
On request, purchasers of my work can post to their personal accounts to promote or update on their favourite new artwork(s).
